Morning Star earned its name from the breathtaking sunrise views over Navarre Beach. Located on the 20th floor of Tower Two at Portofino Island Resort, this east-facing condo offers a bright, serene start to every day.
We’ve proudly managed this unit for nearly a decade, and it has many 5-star reviews from happy guests who return year after year.

The Experience
Wake up to panoramic sunrise views from this 20th-floor Portofino condo and enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the coastline toward Navarre Beach.
Step outside and you’re facing due east — the Sound to your left, the Gulf to your right, and endless water views straight ahead.
Inside, the condo comfortably accommodates your group with a king bed, queen bed, and sofa sleeper, and includes full resort amenities with no additional fees.
With access to both the Gulf and Santa Rosa Sound, guests can enjoy sunrise on one side of the resort and sunset on the other.
While the condo is not recently renovated, it is clean, thoughtfully stocked, and priced accordingly to offer excellent value within Portofino Island Resort.
